New York, NY  /  In Progress

Bone/Levine Architects has been retained by the managing agent, Rudd Realty, to help evaluate the window replacement program at The Rockefeller Apartments, a landmark apartment building in midtown. Designed by architects Wallace K. Harrison and J. Andre Fouilhoux, The Rockefeller Apartments is comprised of a pair of iconic residential buildings overlooking the Museum of Modern Art's (MoMA) sculpture garden on one side. The distinct radiused bay windows, or "turrets," on the facades of the Rockefeller Apartments are recognizable by all who frequent the MoMA. The building was commissioned by Nelson A. Rockefeller in 1936.
